Refund and Cancellation Policy

Payments are handled by our merchant of record, Dodo Payments. This page explains how refunds and cancellations work for each product.

Video course (one-time $50)

The video course is non-refundable. Module 0 is free, so you can preview exactly how the course is taught before you buy. Because access to the paid lessons is granted immediately on purchase, all sales of the course are final.

Tool subscription (Pro)

The Pro subscription is not refundable, including the initial charge and any renewal charges. You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals.

• To cancel: email support@clever-academy.com from the email address on your account, and we will cancel your subscription for you.
• Cancelling stops future renewals. Your Pro access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• Charges that have already been made are not refunded.

Statutory rights

Nothing here limits any non-waivable refund or consumer rights you have under your local law.
