This policy explains what Clever Academy (“we”, “us”) collects when you use clever-academy.com, why, and the choices you have. Questions? Email support@clever-academy.com.

What we collect

• Account data - your name and email address when you create an account, plus authentication metadata. Authentication and account storage are provided by Supabase.
• Purchase data - when you buy the course or subscribe to the tool, payment is processed by our merchant of record, LemonSqueezy. We receive a record that a purchase occurred, your plan/entitlement, and limited billing metadata (such as renewal and end dates). We never see or store your full card details.
• Tool data - Excel files you upload to the meta-analysis tool are processed to produce your results and are deleted after the run. We store job metadata (status, timestamps) to operate the queue and your monthly usage count.
• Usage data - basic technical logs needed to run and secure the service.

How we use it

• To provide your account, course access, and the meta-analysis tool.
• To process purchases and manage entitlements (video access, tool subscription).
• To communicate about your account, purchases, and completed analysis jobs.
• To maintain security and prevent abuse.

Who we share it with

We share data only with the processors that run the service: Supabase (authentication, database, file processing) and LemonSqueezy (payments). Each handles your data under its own privacy terms. We do not sell your personal data.

Data retention

Uploaded analysis files are deleted after processing. Account and entitlement records are kept while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

Your choices

You can access or update your profile from your account page, and request export or deletion of your data by emailing us. Cookies/local storage are used only for essential functions such as keeping you signed in and remembering your theme preference.

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
